With over 25 years at Dawnvale, beginning in 1999, I started with a hands-on approach, installing bars and commercial kitchens. Rising through the ranks from Site Manager to Contracts Director, and now Managing Director, having played a pivotal role in transforming Dawnvale into a full-service main contractor, specialising in fast-track hospitality projects.
Working with clients such as Living Ventures, TGI Fridays, Hickory’s, and Tattu, recognised the inefficiencies of relying on external contractors and led the decision to take control by handling all main contracting work in-house. This strategic move 20 years ago allowed Dawnvale to offer faster, more efficient services and deliver complex projects without delays.
Notably, over the past six years, Dawnvale has successfully delivered high-profile projects for MCFC, BCFC, MUFC, and ASFC, ensuring on-time, complete handovers. Standout projects include BCFC’s Alliance Lounge and MCFC’s Ardwick pub—both completed in just 4 weeks and worth millions.
Dawnvale’s vision for the next decade is to collaborate with more clubs and design practices, enhancing the fan experience with innovative, accessible hospitality spaces. I continue to lead the company with expertise in planning, managing, and delivering multiple projects on tight timelines, ensuring seamless experiences for clients and fans alike.
