Mish Liyanage is a Chartered Management Accountant, portfolio landlord and property investor with over 1,000 tenancies under management. He is the founder of The Mistoria Group, which he built from the ground up after launching Mistoria Investments and MCC Accountants in 2009. Over 20 years as a landlord and investor have given him a hands-on specialism in property sourcing, refurbishment and management across the North West.
His next five years are about scale: 2,000+ properties and 5,000 tenancies under management, 20 branches across the region, 60 refurbishments delivered annually, and selective growth through acquisitions, partnerships and international expansion.
