Mish Liyanage founded Mistoria Investments in 2009 and developed a single company into a group of companies trading under the brand name, The Mistoria Group. At present, the Estate Agency arm has 8 branches across the Northwest including Manchester, Salford, Liverpool, Cheadle Hulme, Worsley and Bolton as specialists in buy to lets, student lettings, house shares plus professional and social housing.
Just to give you an idea, the Mistoria Group manages over 1000 properties and over 3000 tenancies. Apart from being a successful landlord and investor with over 25 years’ experience in sourcing and letting a wide range of properties, Mish was elected a member of the Property Mark Board in 2022. A great achievement indeed.
Mish has always believed in giving back to the communities and has been actively involved with charitable causes.
So much so that Mish established the Mistoria Foundation which aims to support the lesser known charities which may not gain national exposure.
The Mistoria Foundation supports UK charities as well as international causes and has 3 key pillars:
Pupil – supporting schools
People – supporting health trusts
Places – supporting local communities.
