Leading Chef Of The Year Award is open to any chef within a (group or independent) restaurant, bar, or hotel, and also private chefs who make an outstanding contribution across the region and industry.
The nominee should demonstrate culinary excellence, creativity, passion, and flair for their craft.
Our judges will be looking for innovation, customer experience, high standards, product and service levels, culture, diversity, and social and corporate responsibilities.
