Entries should refer to specific successes and achievements of the venue in the past year. Judges will be looking for innovation, expertise and success in all areas as well as long term commitment levels of excellence, consistency. Entrants must demonstrate their commitment to providing sustainable service levels for visitors both regionally and from if applicable overseas.
Please provide an overall summary of the venues contribution to the region and where applicable further afield through innovation and clear direction, goal setting.*
What are the key aspects, facilities that can adapt from beyond your core purpose to attract and serve non-sporting event clients*
Please highlight the venues flexibility & innovation in how you use your space to include customer service and support prior to and during the event*
Please highlight your corporate, social & community responsibility, and how this has been implemented, and actively encouraged*
